At Almost Real, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) as per the following guidelines.
Return Period
60 days from the date of purchase to return item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Not be a final sale item or any special promotions, such as clearance items.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service at hello@almostreal.me to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack Your Return: Securely pack your item in its original packaging. Include the return authorisation number inside the package.
- Shipping the Return: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at hello@almostreal.me. We will guide you through the exchange process.
